Private sessions tailored for you to reconnect with your body, release emotional tension, and return to yourself

Breathwork facilitator & Therapy trainee. This page is for education and wellness, not psychotherapy.

Most people don’t need more information,
they need a space where something shifts.

That’s what this work is built around.

A place to slow down, step out of the constant noise, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels real. Not forced. Not performative. Just enough space for your system to settle.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a practice that involves using intentional breathing techniques to enhance your physical, mental and emotional state. It’s not just about the air you breathe; it’s about how you breathe. Throughout the session, you’ll build awareness of the connection between your breath, body and mind. I will guide you through dynamic breath patterns to promote deep relaxation, physical and emotional release, heightened awareness and a greater sense of clarity.

By intentionally working with your breath, you can release physical tension, quiet mental noise, and create space for clarity and calm. Breathwork has been shown to reduce stress, support emotional release, boost energy, improve sleep, and deepen your connection to both body and mind.

Each session begins with a brief check-in to explore how you’re feeling; whether that’s stress, anxiety, physical tension, or a need for more calm and connection. This helps me choose a breathwork approach that fits your needs that day.

I’ll guide you through a personalized practice, sometimes slow and grounding, other times more active and releasing. No experience is needed, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Private Sessions

Working Together

For groups, I work with a small amount of clients at a time so each session remains intentional, consistent, and well-supported.

For 1:1 sessions, clients work with me weekly or bi-weekly through a structured package, rather than single sessions. This allows the breathwork to build over time, supporting deeper nervous-system regulation, emotional processing, and integration.

Group & Facilitator Support

In addition to private sessions, I work with small teams, facilitators, and wellness brands who are creating group-based experiences.

With over 7 years of experience in group facilitation, a BA in psychology, and ongoing graduate training in Depth Psychology, I support the development of spaces that feel grounded, safe, and capable of holding real emotional process.
