About me

I’ve been practicing varieties of breathwork for 5 years. I’m certified in holotropic, rebirthing and XPT. Each modality focuses on different biohacking techniques, so i’m able to serve the needs of my clients and adapt methods accordingly. Over the years of practicing i’ve seen many people make profound changes in their lives and have watched them step into their power. I’ve worked with athletes, parents, people struggling with addiction, men and women of all ages but more specifically I guide people who are feeling stuck or uninspired and am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment to lead you towards your goals.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is an intentional practice that involves using conscious breathing techniques to enhance your physical, mental and emotional state. It’s not just about the air you breathe; it’s about tapping into the connection between your breath, body and mind. I’ll guide you into patterns of breath that promote deep relaxation and heightened awareness. By focusing on your breath, you can release physical tension, de-clutter the psyche and invite a sense of clarity and tranquility into your being. Breathwork has been proven to reduce stress, release emotions, increase energy levels, improve sleep and enhance awareness of the mind-body connection.

My Services

Group Classes

My group classes are especially designed to build up energy in a safe environment. These are for anyone who doesn’t feel ready for a one-on-one yet wants to have an experience. My classes have a maximum of 10 people so I’m still able to focus on each person individually. They are also great for building community. Please check my instagram @breathewithtaylor for updates on classes. Currently theyre being held every other Tuesday in Venice

One-on-One Breath Session

A one-on-one session is an invitation to journey within yourself. Our sessions will take place in a safe and nurturing environment where you can fully embrace the practice. I’ll guide you through multiple rounds of breath techniques catered towards your specific intentions and needs. After the session, we’ll engage in reflective discussion. Sharing your experience allows us to delve deeper into the insights you’ve gained, reinforcing your progress and setting the stage for continued growth.

Journey & Coaching

I’ll take you through a journey of 10 sessions (min) and will be available on call to you. Through this journey we’ll be able to dig deep to find the root causes of why you’re holding yourself back, and how to step into your power.
