With over 7 years of experience as a group facilitator in dual diagnosis clinics, 5 years as a breathwork practitioner, and a current masters student in Depth Psychology, my work blends somatic awareness with a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach. Clients often share that they feel deeply seen, safe, and supported in our sessions.

I create spaces where people can slow down enough to notice what’s going on beneath the surface. To step out of constant thinking and reconnect with their body in a way that feels real and accessible. The focus isn’t on fixing anything, but on building awareness and giving the nervous system a chance to settle.

Hi, I’m Taylor.

At the core, my work is about helping people feel more aware, more supported, and more connected to themselves in a way that carries into their everyday lives.

My background in group facilitation shapes how I approach this work. I pay attention to the dynamics in the room, how people respond to each other, where they pull back or lean in, and how those patterns influence the overall experience.

I work with what is happening in real-time. The moments where patterns show up, emotions surface, or something shifts without being pushed. That is where the work becomes more than just a conversation and starts to actually make an impact.
