Sessions

1:1

My private sessions are designed to support deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and self-connection. I work from a relational, trauma-informed lens creating a space that feels steady, supportive, and responsive to what’s coming up in real time.

Sessions are 2 hours, allowing time to settle in, explore what’s present, and then move into a guided breathwork experience tailored to you. The structure allows for both understanding and release, so you can leave feeling more clear, regulated, and connected.

1:1 Packages

Packages help create continuity, reduce scheduling friction, and allow the work to unfold at a pace that feels steady and supportive.

  • Designed to support grounding, regulation, and initial clarity.

  • For clients ready to explore patterns more deeply and build consistency.

  •  A longer-term container for sustained nervous-system support and personal growth.

Couples

My couples sessions are created to support clearer communication, deeper understanding, and a more grounded connection between partners. I work from an attachment theory lens, helping you both slow down enough to notice patterns as they show up and respond to each other in a more intentional way.

Sessions are 2 hours, allowing time to settle in, explore what’s present, and then move into a guided breathwork experience tailored to you. The structure allows for both understanding and release, so you can leave feeling more clear, regulated, and connected.

I have known and supervised Taylor for over a year, and I can confidently say she will be an asset to any team. She brings her warmth, compassion, knowledge, and work ethic to her position as a group facilitator, and she possesses innate and special talents that benefit the clients with whom she interacts.

Brands & Facilitators

I work with brands, facilitators, and teams who are creating impactful group-based experiences.

With an extensive background in group facilitation and psychology, I bring an understanding of how people respond in shared spaces. Not just what’s planned, but what’s happening in real time. How people engage, where they pull back, and what helps a space feel safe, clear, and effective.

My role is to support the development of experiences that go beyond surface-level engagement. This can include refining how groups are guided, strengthening the structure of a session, and helping facilitators feel more confident in how they hold the room.
